I just got done watching that horribly boring BCS National Championship game when I came across Jihad Watch director Robert Spencer saying that he agreed to debate the folks over at Loon Watch.
That is news to me and likely to others who frequent Loon Watch.
As I remember, Mr. Spencer refused to debate Danios from Loon Watch unless Danios revealed his true identity.
So Spencer says that Loon Watch charged him with refusing to debate them.
Spencer then says through Twitter that he will debate them "anytime."
So it seems that NOW Spencer is fine with debating Loon Watch, but he wasn't agreeable to doing so in the past when he gave Danios an ultimatum on the terms for even having a debate.
This is disingenuous on Spencer's part.
He clearly was avoiding debating Danios for a long time and only now has the guts to finally face someone he is clearly intimidated by.
And he is leaving out from his post how he refused on his own web site to debate Danios from Loon Watch.
Spencer is trying to make it seem that he had agreed to debate Loon Watch all this time and that it was Loon Watch that was lying about debating.
Well at least Spencer finally has mustered the courage to debate Loon Watch.
It's the least he could do since he's always blabbing on and on about how people are scared to debate him despite the fact that he himself was hiding from a debate with Danios.
