ADL Condemns Anti-Islam Remarks Made by Dutch Parliamentarian During Appearances in S. Florida

The Anti-Defamation League (ADL) strongly condemns remarks made over the last few days at various appearances throughout South Florida by Dutch Parliamentarian Geert Wilders. In his speeches, he claimed that "Islam is not a religion" and "the right to religious freedom should not apply to this totalitarian ideology called Islam." Mr. Wilders also stated that the Koran is a book of hatred, and that Mohammed was both "a pedophile and a warlord."
Andrew Rosenkranz, ADL Florida Regional Director, issued the following statement:
The ADL strongly condemns Geert Wilders' message of hate against Islam as inflammatory, divisive and antithetical to American democratic ideals.
This rhetoric is dangerous and incendiary, and wrongly focuses on Islam as a religion, as opposed to the very real threat of extremist, radical Islamists.
That I can agree with. But I wonder if Abe Foxman agrees with this.

It is poor showing, for countries that stand for freedoms, including of speech, to not let this idiot Wilder to talk. Once you listen to this man, you understand him to be foolish and unworthy of any action, even one of anger.
By promoting him as "too hardcore to let talk", as Britain did, they enlarge his image as a truth-teller on whom Political Correct shackles are enacted. It gives him a position to play, as the oppressed whistle-blower, who is just trying to warn us all.

May be Mohammed was not pedophile, but when his followers insist on marrying girls as young as 8, and the head QAZI of Saudi Arabia refuses to annul the marriage,then you can not stop a fool from mouthing off his crap. Islam as being practiced today would even shock God Himself if He were to come down and see the Muslims.
Millions of widows and orphans forced into begging and even prostitution, illiteracy, poverty and hunger, corruption and fraud

Often we have discussed the problems of Islam and the problems in Pakistan. I know you are given to believe that i am just an odd ball and make up things. Or may be I do not understand Islam as well as many others.
When I see the e- mails and messages such as the one you forwarded to me I only smile, of course there is nothing wrong with Islam,of course the Taliban and the Al Qaueda are also wrong, but how does it justify the un Islamic practices of the rest of us.
If the Al Queda and the Taliban are wrong, then what IS Islam? How do the Pakistani and Indian Muslims justify there practices, of large dowries, of bribery and neputism. How is it the Muslims when fasting in the month of Ramadan, spend their days planning the orgies of food for the evening, and spend the month shopping for Eid, what lesson of patience and satisfaction is there in?
Who in Pakistan or for that matter in the Islamic countries is taking care of the poor. Who is fighting for the true justice. Who among Muslims do you wish to trust with your money or your honor.What Muslims do you know is not trying to get rich at any cost, whatever the means.
Time and again we have talked about playing God for a fool, if Taliban is wrong then what is right with the Islamic culture, that we can sit in Dubai and show smut on GEO or ARY?
That we try to copy America, as if the progress of the United States was dependent on her moral bankruptcy alone?
I have blogged about how the US is failing, I have talked about the economic calamity the world is facing for many many years. I have also blogged about how Islam is failing as a religion at the hands of its "practitioners".
Where were the protests when the sanctity of the Shar al Hram was was broken by the invasion of Iraq, or by thehanging of Saddam? Why do the "moderate Muslims" bomb each others Masjids and funreals? It is not just the Taliban that do not practice or understand Islam.
Talk is cheap, pointing fingers is even cheaper. If beating up young girls and old women is wrong so then is " pithain matkana" on the TV. Look at the alternative we are offering. We say five prayers and spend rest of our time in mental masturbation.
You urgently rquest that I forward the email you sent to everyone, tell me how many people did you forward MY article "Understanding Islam" to?
Taliban has no plan to help the poor, neither does the Pakistani government, or any Muslims of power and resources, the poor are oppressed either way. If yourself or anyone else had read my article " Beyond a Stupid God and the Immortal Man" and understood my critque of the Islam as "misunderstood" and practiced by its followers may be the Taliban could have been slowed down.
On my blog, just this week I wrote about how Pakistan is about to fail, fall, and when it does it will not be because of the Taliban, it will be because of the moral failure of her practitioners every where.
